BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES EACH ENTRANT (OR THEIR PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN) AGREES TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

1. Eligibility:  The Nestle Purina Monday Like a Pro Challenge Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years or older (or 19 for residents of AL & NE). Void where prohibited by law. No purchase necessary to enter the Sweepstakes. Employees of Nestlé Purina PetCare Company, 1 Checkerboard Square, St. Louis, MO 63164 (the "Sponsor"), Brandmovers, Inc., 1519 Carroll Dr. NW, Atlanta, GA 30318 ("Administrator”), Venus Williams, Athletes for Animals (collectively, the “Promotional Participants”) (collectively with Sponsor, Administrator and Promotional Participants, the "Released Parties”), and any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes and their immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
2. Sweepstakes Period:  The Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) on March 13, 2023, and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on May 21, 2023 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes Period will be broken out into ten (10) separate entry pools, each beginning at 12:00:00 AM CT each Monday and ending at 11:59:59 PM CT on Sunday (each, a “Weekly Entry Pool”).
3. How to Enter.   To enter the Sweepstakes, eligible entrants will visit www.MondayLikeAProChallenge.com (“Website”) during any Weekly Entry Pool to sign up to participate in the Challenge to automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Then, to earn up to two (2) additional entries in each Weekly Entry Pool: (1) post a photo of you being active with your dog (“Photo”) to the Website; or (2) share the Sweepstakes hashtag #MondayLikeAPro by selecting the Share button on the Website, sharing the hashtag on Instagram and/or Twitter and tagging @ProPlan. Each additional entry will hereinafter be referred to as a “Bonus Entry” or “Bonus Entries.” Limit two (2) Bonus Entries per Weekly Entry Pool, for a total of twenty (20) Bonus Entries during the entire Sweepstakes Period. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM CT each Sunday during the Sweepstakes Period to be entered into that week’s Weekly Entry Pool’s random drawing, or by 11:59:59 PM CT on May 21, 2023, to be entered into the final Weekly Entry Pool’s random drawing. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical issue relating to the entry.
4. Photo Entry Requirements:   Entrants agree to and understand that Photo entries will be made available to the public, including without limitation, posting on the Internet and may appear in Sponsor’s advertising and marketing materials. Whether or not Photo entries are published on the Internet, Sponsor does not covenant or guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any Photo entries.
   1. The Photo entry must not have been submitted previously in any Sweepstakes of any kind or exhibited or displayed publicly (i.e., disclosed beyond your immediate circle of friends and family) through any means previously.
   2. Each Photo entry must be an original creation of the submitting entrant which is under no restriction, contractual or otherwise, that will prevent Sponsor's use of the Photo entry and each Photo entry must be free of any and all liens, encumbrances and claims of third parties. Entrant acknowledges, agrees and warrants that, nothing in the Photo entry infringes on any copyrights, confidential information, trade secrets or trademarks belonging to any person or entity other than the Photo entrant absent a suitable license, clearance or permission agreement (proof of which is required upon submission), or violates any person's rights of privacy or publicity and that all necessary releases and permissions have been secured. Entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless each of the Released Parties and their respective parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates and each of their respective officers, directors and employees, from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, liabilities and causes of action of whatsoever nature that are based upon or arise out of any breach by entrant of these Official Rules or the warranties and representations made by entrant in this paragraph. Modifying, enhancing or altering a third party's preexisting work does not qualify as entrant's original creation.
   3. By uploading the Photo entry the entrant agrees, for zero compensation, to grant to Sponsor all intellectual property rights in the Photo entry and each of its constituent parts, which rights include, without limitation, the Sponsor's right to publish, make available to the public and/or reproduce the Photo entry through any media available at any time during, or after, the Sweepstakes Period on any related websites, in any promotional materials, whether related or un-related to the Sweepstakes, and at any other location, whether physical or online, that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate and necessary for the operation and promotion of this Sweepstakes. In addition, entrant warrants that any so called "moral rights" in the Photo Entry have been waived and entrant acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor may use any ideas from any Photo entry or other submitted materials, whether or not entrant has been awarded a prize in connection with any such Photo Entry or other materials. Entrant agrees to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless each of Released Parties, and each of their parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates and each of their respective owners, employees, directors, officers, agents, and subcontractors from all claims, demands, and causes of action of any nature whatsoever which entrant or entrant's heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on entrant’s behalf or on behalf of entrant’s estate, have or may have by reason of: (i) Sponsor's exercise of any rights granted by entrant in this paragraph; (ii) claims based on violation of any right of publicity or rights of personality, infringement of copyright or trademark, libel, slander, defamation, invasion of privacy, loss of earnings or potential earnings in connection with Sponsor's use of the Photo entry and any portion thereof, or the likeness of any natural person therein.
   4. Entrants are responsible for securing necessary permissions, talent and location releases, and licenses for any visual material contained in the Photo entries.

   Photo Entry Content Restrictions

   Photo entries must not contain material that:

   1. Contains or depicts someone smoking or intoxicated;
   2. Violates or infringes another's rights, including without limitation, privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement;
   3. Contains material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
   4. Contains any unacceptable clothing or adornments, or displays any commercial/corporate advertising other than that of Sponsor (including but not limited to corporate logos, brand names, trademarks, slogans, political, personal and religious statements);
   5. Contains indecent or unsafe behavior or situations, profanities or obscenities, including but not limited to nudity, or pornography, or is otherwise inappropriate, indecent, profane, obscene, hateful, tortuous, slanderous or libelous;
   6. References persons or organizations without their written permission;
   7. Disparages any persons or organizations;
   8. Includes threats to any person, place, business, or group;
   9. Is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to all applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations.

   Failure of any Photo entry to comply with the above "Photo Entry Requirements" and "Photo Entry Content Restrictions," as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may result in disqualification of entrant. Without limitation, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entry that, in their sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor, the Sweepstakes or any other person or entity, does not comply with these Official Rules or if Sponsor receives notification about any potential infringements or breaches of law or any other reason set forth herein. All Photo entries shall become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Photo entries must be suitable for presentation in a public forum, in sole determination of Sponsor.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:   One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected each Monday during the Sweepstakes Period for a total of ten (10) Grand Prize winners for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held by Administrator each Monday from among all eligible entries received in the preceding Weekly Entry Pool. Odds of winning depend on how many eligible entries are received in each Weekly Entry Pool. Non-winning Bonus Entries from any Weekly Entry Pool WILL NOT be carried over to subsequent Weekly Entry Pools. The potential winners will be notified by Administrator via email associated with the potential winner’s registration to the Challenge, on or about the day of the applicable random drawing. Each potential winner must respond within 48 hours from Administrator sending the email to the potential winner, or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting.
6. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (“ARVs”) –Ten (10) Grand Prizes   (one (1) Grand Prize awarded per Weekly Entry Pool) – A 1-year supply of Purina Pro Plan dry dog food, awarded in the form of twelve (12) coupons and a Sponsor-specified Purina Pro Plan Swag Bag. ARV: $1,290.00 each. Total ARV of all prizes is: $12,900.00.

   Prizes/offers are non-transferrable, and not substitutable and not redeemable for cash. Coupons are subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions as printed on the coupons. Winner is solely responsible to pay all local, state and federal taxes associated with the Prize. Sponsor may substitute the prize, or portion thereof, for one of equal or greater value at Sponsor’s sole discretion for any reason. Prize winners may be required to sign a liability and/or publicity release, along with a W9 tax form (“Prize Release”) prior to issuance of a prize. The winners must meet the eligibility requirements as set forth in Paragraph 1 of these Official Rules.

7. Claiming the Prize:   To collect the Prize, the potential Prize winner will be required to verify their mailing or email address to Sponsor and may be required to provide the Prize Release to Sponsor (if applicable), within ten (10) days of being notified they are a winner. Upon receipt of the Prize Release and verification of the mailing address or email address, Sponsor or Administrator will mail or email the Prize to the winner. In the event the potential Prize winner fails to verify their mailing or email address or any required documents within the timeframe provided by Sponsor, they will forfeit their right to the Prize, and an alternate may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion, time permitting. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, delayed, damaged, stolen or mutilated mailing of any prize. All unclaimed or returned prizes remain the property of Sponsor. Administrator/Sponsor are not responsible for emails that are lost, misdirected, unopened, or for any technical glitches associated with the sending of the offer in email or for lost, late, stolen, damaged or mutilated mailing of any Prize.
8. Participation Conditions/Release/Consent to use Likeness:   By participating, each participant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including, but not limited to, negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including, but not limited to, invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant's participation in this Sweepstakes, and acceptance or use or misuse of prize; (c) indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to an entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes and/or entrant's acceptance, use or misuse of prize; and (d) allow Sponsor’s use for promotional purposes of his/her likeness, voice and/or address (city/state) without any additional compensation.
9. General Conditions:   Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, fire, flood, natural or man-made pandemic or epidemic of health or other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction or if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the participation process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other Sweepstakes or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Only the type and quantity of prize described in these Official Rules will be awarded. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
10. Limitations of Liability:   The Released Parties as set forth above are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited, to malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the participation process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of phone calls; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize.
11. Privacy Policies and Data Collections:   Information provided by you for this Sweepstakes on the entry form, including is subject to Administrator’s Privacy Policy: https://www.brandmovers.com/terms-and-conditions; or Sponsor’s privacy policy: www.purina.com/privacy-policy as applicable. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that the Sponsor and/or Administrator has the right to contact the entrant by phone, direct message, or email accounts provided on the Entry Form to administer and fulfill this Sweepstakes.
12. Disputes/Governing Law:   Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, other than those concerning the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of Winners or for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the participation in a Prize, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any disputes arising out of these Official Rules (except for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the use of Prizes) shall be submitted to final, binding arbitration conducted in Missouri under the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services Inc. before a single, neutral arbitrator who is a former or retired Missouri state or federal court judge with experience in entertainment matters who shall follow Missouri law and the Federal Rules of Evidence and have no authority to award punitive damages. Either party may enforce a final arbitration award in any court of competent jurisdiction in Missouri, including an award of costs, fees and expenses incurred in enforcing the award. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Released Parties shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief (unless otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules) in the state and federal courts of Missouri. Any dispute or portion thereof, or any claim for a particular form of relief (not otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules), that may not be arbitrated pursuant to applicable state or federal law may be heard only in a court of competent jurisdiction in Missouri; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of- pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out- of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Missouri, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Missouri or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Missouri.

1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 or over who have made a purchase at Sofology in the purchase period below, including colleague discount/family and friends’ orders but excluding anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
2. Purchase is necessary. Internet access and email address are required. Please retain the unique order number of the purchase that has been made within the purchase period, as this will be required for entry verification in order for the winner to receive their Prize. The order number can be found in MySofology account under ‘Order Summary’.
3. Purchase Period: Make a Purchase at Sofology (see clause 6) between 00:01 GMT on the 26th December 2022 and 23:59 GMT on the 8th January 2023 inclusive.
4. Entry Period: Entry is open from 4 calendar days starting from the day after your purchase was made, and is open for a period of 10 calendar days in total (such period includes the day that the competition opens) For example, if a purchase of a Promotional Product is made on the 26th December 2022, entry will open on the 30th December 2022 until and including the 8th January 2023. Entries received after the Entry Period end date of 23:59 GMT on the 21st of January 2023 will not be accepted by the Promoter.
5. To Enter: Make a purchase at any Sofology store, online at www.sofology.co.uk or via our telephone sales team on 0800 140 4040. Then visit www.sofologysofagiveaway.co.uk during the Promotion Period to enter your details (order number, order date and email address) to find out instantly if you are a winner - subject to order verification (See Point 10). In these Ts and Cs we refer to the website at http://www.sofologysofagiveaway.co.uk/ as the “microsite”.
6. Promotional Product:
   Any product purchased at Sofology within the Purchase Period.
7. Maximum of 1 entry per purchase/unique order number is permitted during the Promotion Period. Consumers can enter multiple times during the Entry Period, provided they have a new purchase/unique order number each time. Each unique order number must be retained as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to receive their Prize.
8. Winner Selection: 1 in every 20 valid entrants that enter the Promotion during the Promotion Period will be selected to win via an independent computer algorithm which determines every 20th entrant. Everyone has the same chance to win and there is one chance to win for every 20 entries. Following selection as a winner, the winner’s details will be checked to ensure that their details are correct and their purchase from Sofology complies with the Ts&Cs (see Point 10).
9. The Prizes: Each winner will win the full paid price of their entire order value including: Furniture, Sofashield, Sofaglides and any delivery charge. There are no additional runner up prizes.
   • a. From time to time Sofology grants rights to cancel orders or purchasers may have statutory rights to return. Further details can be found on https://www.sofology.co.uk/terms-and-conditions.
   • b. If you make changes to your order after you have been declared a winner then you may forfeit all or part of your prize in accordance with the terms and conditions on the website. Changes may also incur additional costs and expenditure as set out in the Sofology Ts and Cs https://www.sofology.co.uk/terms-and-conditions.
   • c. If winners cancel their order in accordance with the Sofology Ts and Cs set out https://www.sofology.co.uk/terms-and-conditions after entering the competition they will not be eligible to receive the Prize and no Prize or monies will be paid.
   • d. If the winner amends their order in accordance with the Sofology Ts and Cs as set out https://www.sofology.co.uk/terms-and-conditions after entering the competition the Prize will be the order value at the time of entry, or the amended order value, whatever is lowest. As per our normal terms and conditions, orders that have been amended are also subject to a charge.
   • e. For customers who have purchased their order exclusively online or over the phone, and are therefore covered by Consumer Contract Regulations 2013: If the Winner makes a change to their order before or after it is delivered either by deleting items or including additional items then the Prize will be the value of the order at the time of Entry or the amended order value whatever is lowest. If your order is cancelled, no prize will be awarded.
   • f. The Promoter reserves the right to claim any money or goods back for cancellations/amends made after the Prize is issued.
10. Further Prize Details and Conditions:
    • a. Winners are responsible for providing correct bank account details and the Promoter will not be liable for any Prize payments made into the wrong bank account due to the winners providing incorrect details.
    • b. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the prize in order for their prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
    • c. If it comes to the attention of the Promoter that an individual has ordered an item multiple times during the Promotion Period then the Promoter will only accept the first entry made and will disqualify all other entries.
    • d. The Prize will be fulfilled in the following ways, depending on how the winner placed their order:
      • i. Orders placed and paid for in full will be refunded using the original payment method.
      • ii. For orders placed with a deposit, the deposit will be refunded using the original payment method and no further payment will be required from the winner and no further payment will be made by the Promoter in respect of the Prize.
      • iii. Orders placed on credit/finance, the deposit will be refunded using the original payment method and the remaining finance agreement will be cancelled and no further payment will be required from the winner or made by the Promoter.
11. Winner Notification: Entrants will be instantly notified via the website mechanism to confirm if they are a winner. Winners will be asked to enter their name and contact number on the microsite. Winners will also receive an email on behalf of the Promoter within 48 hours of entering.
    
    All on-screen instructions must be followed, and all winning entries are subject to purchase verification. Any winning entries that don’t meet these requirements, will be void and invalid.
    
    Once a winning entry has been verified, then an email will be sent to the email provided within 5 working days.
    
    Should there be any consequential issues the Promoter will be in touch via email or phone call. The promoter reserves the right to request to see winner’s original receipt or online invoice. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications.
12. Prize Acceptance: Once eligibility of a Prize is confirmed and the prize is accepted, fulfilment of the Prize will take place within 28 days. In the unlikely event that the prize is not processed within 28 days the Winner must inform the Promoter by emailing sofologysofagiveaway@promo-support.com within 7 days. If the winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize at its sole discretion.
13. Provided no objection is received, winners’ details, consisting of surname and county of residence will be made available by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Sofology Great Sofa Giveaway, c/o TBK Agency Office 416, 4th Floor, The Frames, 1 Phipp Street, London EC2A 4PS within 3 months of the end of the Purchase Period. The winners may object to their surname and/or county of residence being published or may request for the information being published to be reduced by contacting sofologysofagiveaway@promo-support.com. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information (redacted as far as possible) to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
14. For the avoidance of doubt, entrants who make a purchase at Sofology on credit will also be eligible to enter the promotion. Any credit search carried out will remain on record.
15. Entries are not valid in respect of products that have been returned and for which a full refund has been given, in which case the Promoter will be entitled to disqualify an entrant and/or claim back any funds issued.
16. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion including video and photographs. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
17. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:
    • a. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.
    • b. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
    • c. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
    • d. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.

18. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for any other form of compensation.
